Land O' Lakes is centrally located in nothern Tampa Bay in Central Pasco County. It is situated just north of Tampa at the junction of US Highway # 41 and State Rd. # 54. It is a very choice suburb of the Tampa metro area. The Central Pasco location means it is very close to all the amenities Tampa Bay has to offer. Land O' Lakes is an easy 25 minute commute to Tampa International Airport and a 5 minute drive to Interstate 75 and the Suncoast Parkway. Getting most anywhere in the Tampa Bay metropolitan area is an easy commute from Land O' Lakes.

Land O' Lakes boasts a large modern high school on a 100 acre campus with an activity center and lighted athletic park. Pasco County School District Offices
Land O' lakes, like all of Pasco County, has a temperate climate. Wintertime temperatures range from the low 70's in the day to 40's and 50's at night. Summers bring daytime highs in the low 90's, to lows in the low 70's at night. Fall and spring is beautiful with temperatures ranging from 80 to 60 degrees.
